The creative residencies at the Opéra de Massy and the Théâtre de Sartrouville – CDN are also a great opportunity to bring the public of the opera and the theater to musical creation and multidisciplinary shows, and to offer them the possibility to discover different repertoires and musical genres. TM+’s programs are open not only to music of the past centuries, but also to music of other genres: popular, jazz, traditional. These collaborations are based on common values such as sharing and transmission, the very DNA of TM+, and are at the heart of the cultural action policies of the Opéra de Massy and the Théâtre de Sartrouville – CDN. They encourage encounters between works and audiences, and offer the possibility of in-depth, long-term transmission of knowledge and of raising awareness among new audiences.
Thanks to the plurality of these actions, thousands of young people and adults experience musical creation in contact with composers and virtuoso performers, in the declensions of listening and practice, sources of emotions and discoveries of unsuspected universes.
